Services

What we build, and how itfits together.

Ten services in three families, delivered by the same engineers from scoping to production. Below: what each one solves, how we run it, and where it enters a project.

Three families

The journey

Where each service enters a project

The ten services, in the order a project meets them. Few projects pass through all ten; every one passes through the first.

  1. 01Understand
  2. 02Build
  3. 03Extend
  4. 04Run
  1. 01

    Understand

Before any code: what the business does, the rules it runs on, and what its data already says. You leave with a document, not an estimate.

  2. 02

    Build

The system or the product, delivered in increments you can verify in production. Data model first, because it is what absorbs the changes to come.

  3. 03

    Extend

Once it runs, the layers that make it smarter: AI where it earns its place, analysis and dashboards on the data the system produces.

  4. 04

    Run

The same engineers keep the system stable, secure and evolving. You talk to the people who built it.

Ten services, one team. The people who scope your project are the ones who build it and keep it running.

Most agencies split consulting, design, development and support into separate teams, with a hand-off at every border. Here there is no border: you talk to the engineers who write the code, from the first workshop through to production, and after.

Each service below states the problem it solves and our process. Where we can show it, it links to a case study; a good share of the delivered work sits under NDA, and that part we talk through in person.

  • 01

    The same engineers

from scoping to production, then support.

  • 02

    Verifiable increments

in production, not only in a demo.

  • 03

    Work you can open

published case studies; the rest, under NDA, we walk you through.

Where to start

Not sure which service you need?

Three questions, in your words. The result is only a starting point — the real answer comes out of a first conversation.

  1. Question 1 of 3

    What are you starting from?

  2. Question 2 of 3

    Who is it for?

  3. Question 3 of 3

    How clear is the scope?

Answer all three questions to see a suggestion.

Questions

What we get asked before a service is chosen

  • Cost depends on many factors: complexity, features, required integrations, and more. We always provide a detailed quote after analyzing your specific needs.

Not sure which one you need? That is normal.

One conversation, no commitment, to understand your context and tell you where to start — and where not to.
